I haven't been able to post to it.
It may have the additional posts in memory.
There may end up being a lot of double and triple posting if that is the case.
If that is the case, it would be consderate if the posters with the double and triple posts would delete the extra posts, it's easy to do.

On the other hand, why fix it? I kind of enjoy having the last word!
Just kidding...I am interested in seeing where this thread goes as well. Hope it is fixed soon.

Well, it would be good if some of the multiple posts by the same author were deleted.
I deleted three out of four pertaining to one specific post I posted that multiplied.

When you read the comments for a topic post... There are four icons that appear above each individual posters comments....
there are four icons directly above each posters comments. The farthest left icon with the picture of a face is the writers "profile". The next one over is an e-mail icon, (sometimes, this icon is missing, it has a picture of an envelope) the third icon (unless the e-mail icon is missing, then it would be second) is the "edit" this message icon, you can only edit a post you have written yourself...the final far right icon is the "reply to quote", this icon will automatically "bold" what the poster wrote that you are responding to and put it into a new response window for you to respond directly to a quote.
For deleting a double post, simply go to "edit" your own post, then click on delete.
If the very first post in a topic is deleted by the "author of the post", the whole topic gets deleted.
Simply click on the delete box located in the middle upper left hand of the screen, and hit submit.
Matt P., you also asked about editing and deleting posts, hope this helps.

I suggest a new post, say "baking cookies for peace", or "petting a cat for peace".
Sorry for the sarcasm, but really, do you think people who are half-starving and have bombs dropping on their towns, are really going to open a package from the US (or anywhere else) walk 120 miles to find someone with a VCR, pop it in, and get all warm and fuzzy, watching a film in English, not having the slightest idea what the hell anyone is saying?
Look, I'm a loving guy, I really am, and we all wish there were something we could do to stop the insanity on this planet, but symolic statements just don't amount to a hill of beans.
Real solutions matter, not symbolic "we need to make a statement" solutions.
If you really want to do something concrete, donate money to the Red Cross or some other organization, but for God's sake, making a film for peace is not going to do anything but make you feel like you're doing something, when you're not.
